- Custom stickers for businesses and brands (contact us via Instagram or Facebook for commercial quotes and MOQ requirements)
- Minimum order: 20 stickers when your order includes individual stickers (orders of packs only have no minimum)
- Every order includes a free keychain
3. Ordering Process
Orders are placed through our website by adding stickers to your cart and completing the checkout form with your delivery information. Once submitted, we will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before processing.
4. Pricing
Our transparent pricing structure:
- Individual stickers: 0.900 TND per sticker
- Packs and bundles: The price shown on each product page
- Delivery fee: 8 TND, free for orders with a subtotal of 45 TND or more
- Promo codes: Applied at checkout according to each code's conditions (validity dates, minimum order, usage limit)
- Order total: Items subtotal + delivery fee − any promo discount, shown before you confirm your order
5. Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
Important payment terms:
- We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Payment is made to the delivery person when you receive your order
- You must have the exact amount or be prepared to receive change
- No online payment is required or accepted at this time
6. Delivery
Delivery information:
- We deliver to all 24 governorates of Tunisia
- You choose your delivery area (governorate, delegation, locality) during checkout
- Delivery fee: 8 TND, free for orders with a subtotal of 45 TND or more
- Estimated delivery time: confirmed when we call to confirm your order (usually 2–5 business days)
- We will contact you to coordinate delivery details
7. Refusal and Cancellation Policy
To ensure fair service for all customers:
- If you refuse delivery without valid reason, you may be blocked from placing future orders
- Providing false information (name, phone, address) is prohibited and may result in being blocked
- If you need to cancel, contact us immediately via Instagram or phone
- Repeated cancellations or refusals may result in your account being blocked from our system
8. Returns and Refunds
Because you pay on delivery and can check your order before paying, we do not accept returns after delivery, except for stickers with a manufacturing defect.
